To process an exchange, send us an email at email@example.com or give us a call on +917827192775 and our team will confirm your exchange request via email. Exchange requests are only considered if sent within (7) days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE PURCHASED ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR SIZES.
Being a conscious designer label we make all our garments exclusively on order. However, if you are unsure of any aspect of the purchase, we implore you to contact a member of our client services team before placing any orders.We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7 days exchange policy. We reserve the right to refuse exchange that are shipped after 7 days grace period expired or item are not in the same condition as you received them in. Please do not, send back the garments without any written confirmation from our client services team. No exchange would be made in such instances.
All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
Please note that we are unable to accept any exchange or return request for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
Under special circumstances, we offer store credit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in such cases.
We do not offer any refunds.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
